Market data is sourced from third-party providers (TradingView, Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. AI-generated analysis is produced by large language models and may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information.

You may register using Google Sign-In. By registering you allow Waltzup to store your Google profile information (name, email address, profile picture) for authentication purposes. Your personal watchlist, trade records, research notes, and AI analysis history are stored securely and are only accessible by you.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
If you provide a third-party API key (GitHub Models, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) to use AI Analysis features, that key is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never transmitted to or stored on Waltzup servers except as part of the API request to the respective provider. You are solely responsible for the security and usage costs associated with your API keys.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
